Lay Your Ultimate Foundation
Create the proper systems and focus for your business for long-term success.
You’re a newly full-time business owner. You’ve quit your job and now you’re flying the plane. You’ve got clients, invoices, email marketing, revenue to generate, potentially VA’s to manage, you’re still testing different products and offerings, bookkeeping, legal, you are wearing multiple hats.
Sometimes it can feel messy and a blur. Wondering, “Is this how it is supposed to be? Is this normal? How do I create systems and find a rhythm with my day to day?”
During this phase of your business, after taking the leap and working full-time on your business, you might find yourself wondering….
“Am I doing as much as I can be doing?”
“Am I putting in enough time?”
“Everyone’s going into the office and I get to work from home and have flexibility."
“How is it sustainable to do all these things all the time?"
“Will I wear all the hats all the time?
In addition to laying the operational foundation of your business and getting clear on what the next phase of your business looks like, it is extremely important to surround yourself with others who are in the same phase as you and master your mindset.
Know where to invest your time and energy, what projects to focus on and what to let go, where you need to outsource in your business so you can work on it more than in it.
It is important to know that your new found freedom is a very different experience than what you were used to. You do not need to feel guilty because you made the decision to run your own business. You will not wear all the hats, all the time.
At this year’s Emerging Entrepreneur you will walk away with an understanding of how to replace yourself in areas of your business that don’t need you, understand cash flow statements, know where you need to focus in your business to drive revenue, where to eliminate noise and stuff that weigh you down and more. Most importantly you’ll connect with other attendees who are in the same phase of the journey as you. You are not alone.
So, what are you waiting for? I'm inviting you to join us for our Emerging Entrepreneur. Two full days of content, strategy, and connections with other women from across the country.
Early bird tickets are on sale from now until April 1st.

The Line Up
Hi! Have we met before?
Hi! I’m Amanda Boleyn, founder and CEO of She Did It Her Way!
I took the leap and left my Corporate 9-5 job in May 2012. In 2015, I started She Did It Her Way podcast as a way to learn from other female entrepreneurs doing it their way.
Since this She Did It Her Way has grown so much, including this Summit! Whether you’re thinking of joining us for Emerging Entrepreneur or Side Hustle Saturday, you won’t be disappointed!
I started She Did It Her Way Summit as a way to connect with women in person, to get out from behind our computer screens and form a community who gets one another. Because building a business at any stage whether you’ve just taken your first step or you’re 5 years in, being surrounded by likeminded individuals helps inspire one another to keep going.
I hope you’ll join us! If you have any questions at all, you can email us at hello (at) shediditherway (dot) com.
See you there!
