Side Hustle Saturday
Make Your Next Move
Take the leap into the full-time business you’re meant to do.
In person interaction, being surrounded by a community of people who get you and taking massive action will allow you to develop unwavering confidence and give you the absolute certainty you need to create the ultimate freedom you desire in your life and be a full-time business owner.
Now is the time to take action on your business idea, to formulate a fail-proof LEAP plan and get ready to live the life you’ve always dreamed of.
There is one thing that separates a successful leap from a 9-5 to a full-time business owner from someone who a year later who finds them back in Corporate America and that is... discipline.
Discipline with their time
Discipline with their plan.
Discipline to validate their product.
Discipline about the commitment to their goals.
Discipline to make it work.
Discipline to see it through.
Discipline on mastering their mindset.
Discipline to get it done.
Discipline to growth.
Now you might be thinking…
“Can I really do it? Can I really run my own business and have more freedom in my life?"
The answer is “HELL YES GIRLFRIEND!”
Whether you’re someone who has a business and zero clue as to where to start or you’re ready to scale your side-hustle and ready to quit your full-time job, you need to join us.
Don’t let the limiting beliefs and negative thoughts talk you out of your greatness and what you were made for.
What your mind may be telling you:
“Hmmmmm maybe next year…."
“I’m not ready."
“Yeah, but is this realistic? Can I really run my own business and make a living?"
“I want to go but don’t want to go alone?"
“I don’t have the money."
“I don’t have a business idea, what’s the point?"
“I can figure this out on my own."
Here’s the deal. First, your brain is telling you all those things because it is trying to keep you safe and protect you. It can sense that you’re about to explore uncharted territory. That’s why it thinks thoughts that will keep you exactly right where you’re at.
But, in order to live the life you want, it will require you to step outside your comfort zone. You have to get comfortable with stepping outside your comfort zone.
Convincing yourself that you’re not ready and waiting until next year is causing you to put your dreams on a shelf and delay taking massive action.
A little secret…no one is EVER ready to take the next step as an entrepreneur. There is never a perfect time to quit your job, start a business, start a family, you name it. So why not now?
And yes, you can absolutely, 1000% run a business, make a living and have ultimate freedom. Julie Ciardi, one of our speakers at Side Hustle Saturday attended the first ever one-day She Did It Her Way Summit in October 2017. She was working full-time as an executive at IBM when she attended. Less than a year later she emailed me to say she quit her job and within 4 months of running her business, she hit 6 figures! At Side Hustle Saturday she is leading a session on how to leap with confidence and sharing how she did it. So yes, it is possible!
If you’re flying solo you have nothing to fear. One of the biggest pieces of feedback I have received from attendees in the past is that everyone is so friendly, open and kind. There are zero clicks. She Did It Her Way Summit is not a cool kids club. There is zero tolerance for ego. You will be welcomed with open arms, my friend!
When it comes to money, you have to make a decision about what is worth more, a life that keeps you stuck or invest in your future. I once invested $15,000 in a coaching program that at the time I didn’t have. It was probably one of the scariest decision I have ever made. But when you have a will, there is ALWAYS a way.
Don’t have a business idea yet but know that you want to start one? This is perfect for you. Learn all the strategies and tools you need ahead of time so that when you’re ready you have everything that you need. Plus, never underestimate the potential of being in a room of amazing women to spark an idea
In the past I use to let my ego get the best of me and tell myself that “I can figure this out on my own, I don’t need anyone." That was also me trying to be miss independent in thinking that by getting help made me less independent. Quite the opposite actually. There is strength in asking for help and being teachable.
My question is, “What are you waiting for?

The Line Up
Hi! Have we met before?
Hi! I’m Amanda Boleyn, founder and CEO of She Did It Her Way!
I took the leap and left my Corporate 9-5 job in May 2012. In 2015, I started She Did It Her Way podcast as a way to learn from other female entrepreneurs doing it their way.
Since this She Did It Her Way has grown so much, including this Summit! Whether you’re thinking of joining us for Emerging Entrepreneur or Side Hustle Saturday, you won’t be disappointed!
I started She Did It Her Way Summit as a way to connect with women in person, to get out from behind our computer screens and form a community who gets one another. Because building a business at any stage whether you’ve just taken your first step or you’re 5 years in, being surrounded by likeminded individuals helps inspire one another to keep going.
I hope you’ll join us! If you have any questions at all, you can email us at hello (at) shediditherway (dot) com.
See you there!
