“Taking the Leap: Steps for a Smooth Landing”

Julie shares her own experience in creating her business while working full-time in a corporate marketing executive role and how she prepared herself, her family and her business for the transition to full time entrepreneur. 

“Know Your Numbers to Plan Your Leap!”

Whether you have zero clue what business you want to start or you have a side-hustle right now, the most important thing for you to know is your numbers when it comes to leaving your job and taking your business full-time. In this 60 minute workshop we’ll go over how to get clear on your personal numbers, set a goal for how much you want to have saved or revenue you want your business to bring in that will then allow you to comfortably and confidently make the leap. Remember, even if you haven’t take any action on your business, this is a great first step to gaining clarity.

“Website Writing for Side-Hustlers

You love your work and you’ve had some sales success, and you know that having the right words on your website can help you sell more.Except there’s just one problem: your website is boring or non-existent. When you look at the words on your website or on your social profiles, you cringe. Every time you submit your website link for guest blog post or podcast, you read it again. Still hate it. Send it anyway. Besides, it’s all you all have. Maybe no one will notice. Writing about yourself is hard. Imagine a few killer sentences that sum up exactly who you are and what you do. A bio that stands tall, like you. A bio that boldly states what you stand for. Imagine, social media profiles that stand out, and sales emails that connect with your customer—and sells! A website that shows off your talent. This workshop is going to be a laser focused on website writing, for side-hustlers who love their work but don’t know how to talk about it. On the surface? It’s about writing an elevator speech. But really? It's about lacing words together in just the right order to make you and your work do what they’re supposed to do—stand out.


Get clear. On who you are. Why you do this work. What lights you up and what makes you angry. How you want people to FEEL when they read your website. Get inspired. With writing prompts to get your writing to flow. With manifesto ideas that make you scream, HELL YES! Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. We’re going to push edges a little. It will be hard, but it will be worth it. Get immediate feedback. From each other and from your Jacq.

“Online Marketing Strategy Explained”

Building off of Jacq’s workshop about writing copy for your website, Amanda will show you how to build your opt-in for your website, connect it to your email provider and create a nurture sequence that adds value for your customer and will move them closer to purchasing your product or service.


2:30pm - 3:00pm

Here we’ll take a pause and work on putting the pieces togethers, get your questions answered, and dive into the content. Some attendees may chose to work on their core opt-in for their website, others may chose to continue working through knowing their numbers, others may just need to take a mental break :) This break is here for you!

Here you’ll zone in on 2-3 specific things that you want to implement in your business, we’ll break it down and actually schedule blocks of time in your calendar. What get’s measured gets managed and what gets managed gets done.
